Maintenance and Support Services for Pump：

200H Maintenance

1.Check any crack on the surfaces;

2.Check and clean oil circuit;

3.Replace oil filter and change oil;

4000H Maintenance

1.Check seal liquid system and oil quality

2.Check and repair the leaks of mechanical seal

3.Check the displacement of high speed shaft;Align coupling

4.Check and clean the spline shaft and change grease

12000H Maintenance

Carry out the test for lift and displacement output volume,analysis the result and propose optimization solution.

Overhaul

Overhaul project:

·Pump conditions

·The lock nut of NDE side is broken

·All the bolt on the are loose

·Remove rotor

·Remove impeller ring and nockbush

·Remove impeller

·Intermediate shaft is damaged

·Check axial run-out

·Change the inter stage bush,orifice and intermediate gear bushing

·Make new gasket

·Clean the shaft and prepare to assemble impeller

·Check axial run-out

·Assemble impeller

·Assemble new gasket

·Trial run the pump for an hour with 0.5Mpa pressure

Upgrading

Upgrading project：

·Design new impeller and the ring

·Remove pump head and send to service center,or lift the pump cover and check

·Change impellers and rings,check all the parts.assemble the bolts

·Dynamic balancing tests

·Install the pump unit
