Diagnostic and consulting service for compressor - Yulin compressor station

Yulin compressor station is located 14 kilometers in the west of Yulin City, Shanxi Province， it;s subordinate to to Beijing Natural Gas Pipeline Company Limited Shaanxi gas management office. Yulin compressor station is built in 1999, completed and put into production in October, covers an area of 200 acres, it’s the largest compressor station. Yulin compressor station is the upstream hub station of Shanxi Beijing line 1,2 and 3, it is equipped with 13 sets of centrifugal, reciprocating compressor. Four mount Kolb reciprocating natural gas compressor units and one Caterpillar reciprocating compressors unit are installed on line 1, the designated gas transmission capacity is 3000000000 m3 / year. Five  Siemens variable frequency motor drive Mann turbine centrifugal units are installed in line 2, the designated gas transmission capacity is17000000000 m3 / year. Three gas turbine Rolls Royce driven centrifugal compressor units are installed in line 3, the designated gas transmission capacity is15000000000 m3 / year.

In 2014, the MAN DY401 type compressor at Yulin station had excess outlet temperature.Beijing Natural Gas Pipeline Company Limited invited our company to conduct on-site-fault diagnosis. Our company has organized experts for compressor fault analysis, and we have reached a cooperation intention with the client. The project is expected to formally implemented in July.
