Upgrading service for frequency converter - Lan Chengyu line

Our company have Upgraded three sets of Siemens GM150 frequency converter at  Chengdu and Lintao oil station of.Lan Chengyu pipeline.

Lan Chengyu oil pipeline is the first long distance oil pipeline in China. It’s one of the great western development strategy implementation of the national ten key project in China. The Siemens medium voltage variable frequency system has been adopted in Lan Chengyu pipeline for nearly 10 years. Since the technology of the frequency system was becoming out of date and the spare parts are discontinued, the failures of the system have occurred more frequently, this situation has directly caused risks during production and high maintenance expenses.After the successful completion of the on site upgrading the frequency converter sets with the knowledge from our well-designed scheme, our work has ensured the stability of the operation, and also has eased the pressure of the spare parts. The failure rate is 0 in 2 years Our work has ensured the safety of the operation of Lan Chengyu oil pipeline.
