Maintenance service for pump-Lan chengyu oil pipeline

Lan Chengyu oil pipeline is the first long distance oil pipeline in China. It’s one of the great western development strategy implementation of the national ten key project in China. The pipeline is a large diameter, long distance, high pressure, high elevation, high degree of automation, multi- medium-order enclosed conveying finished product oil pipeline. The pump units were put into operation in 2001, there are 6 units distribute in Chengdu Railway Station, Neijiang Railway Station, LanZhou Railway Station and Lintao station, each of the unit has run over 20000 hours.According to the test report from the Monitoring Research Center , it shows the efficiency of oil pump is greatly reduced, as well according to the Sulzer " Type MSD oil pump repair and maintenance regulations" ,the equipments should be overhauled. Our firm have overhauled the pipeline pump unit during 2007 and 2011, after the overhauled, the pump units met the desired requirement.Our work is well received.
